About
I am an aspiring assistant producer with a diverse skill set and knowledge of the film industry. after spending two years at West Herts College studying Film & TV Media, I gained a comprehensive understanding of pre-production, production, and post-production processes. Through these studies, I learnt about research techniques focused on topics such as mise en scene and film genres. Developing my short films with Camera and studio production, primarily using Canon DSLR cameras and working with a TV studio-like set equipped with a control panel and multi-camera setup. In addition to curriculum projects, I produced the college show called "Real Talk," which is available on YouTube. This show consisted of five thirty-minute episodes released over six months. Each episode included 5-6 segments: two sofa chats with pre-recorded interviews, a "Quick Talk" covering four important news stories of the month, and finally, a live performance to conclude the show. Mastering software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and other studio equipment I learned about sound and editing. Over two years of study and two final major projects, Zola achieved three Distinction stars in the BTEC grading system. This breadth of knowledge has enabled me to grow, progress, and acquire more roles in the Film & TV industry as I start to climb the career ladder.
